I got a letter published in the March issue but my ocpy of mercenaries hasnt arrived yet. Anyone here ever got this and if so how long does it take them to send the game?

I featured in one of the readers' things, supposedly winning "a game of my choice". So I emailed them, and never got the game. Emailed again, and the inbox is full. And again, inbox still full. And again, same thing. Gave up in the end.
When I won a prize letter thingy, I supposedly won a steering wheel.
It took about 4 months, and many, many emails and phone calls to get my prize - which ended up as 5 of the crappiest games I've ever played in my life, and a T-Shirt that went straight in the bin.
Basically ... don't hold out too much hope.
Email them.
