Well I now have 2 DVD players and I find the Playstation 2 one just as good as my others. But I have managed to collect a few secrets from certain DVD films so if any of you would like to add to the list I would not complain

Austin Powers 2

There is a little space ship that flies past you after about a minute and you can click on it

X MEN

From the main menu, go into special features go down to theatrical trailers click left right away to highlight the rose. Click enter and you'll see the Statue of Libety and a flash of lightning followed by a funny prank that was played on the cast.

Antz

Go to special features and press your down arrow button to the third leaf. A credit cast for the DVD, with some music and animation, will start playing.

and finally

Gladiator disk 2 the bonus thing

On 2nd dvd goto more on the menu screen then go to trailers and tv spots then press left to light up the bird on the armor. This will play an add for Chicken Run :))))

These are all i know of at the mo but there must be more so tell us.

There's also the 7 second footage of the computer generated Rhino in the deleted scenes section of Gladiator.

That's right! How people boast about PS2's DVD player etc. it is the games people buy it for! So sony didn't really need to do that. (i'm not saying that because the GC dosn't have it... no... any way i've already got a good sony DVD player, which is much better than the PS2! I don't know jow that figures!). And if you type in a search engine (like this including "") "easter eggs" "DVD" that will find them. Sorted now?

I too have a PS2, therefor have a DVD player but I spend most of my time playing games rather than watching films.

There must be other people who have found some secrets while watching their DVD films. Don't be shy, let us all know about them :-)
