What is it? It's located in the plugins folder of the Internet Explorer folder in Program Files. I'm suspecting it may be wht's causing dodgy search bars and pop-ups to appear. Can you tell me if it's safe to delete this file before I go ahead and do it?

Thanks

p.s. The 'subtitle' below it says 'InterTrust Redemption Wizard' if that helps...

Use Ad-aware, and get the latest reference file.
Use the web-update option in Ad-aware, then scan agina, if you haven't updated already.

I used AdAware then fiddled with MSconfig. It seems to be fixed now.

Try the following:

Add/Remove Programs
Ad-Aware
Type msconfig in run, go to Startup tab and uncheck anything out of place

Download Ad-Aware and set it to scan EVERTHING in the scan options.

Yeah.

What I'm looking for is something that is putting a 'dataglobal' option on the bit where you right-click on the IE toolbar and it says:

standard buttons
address bar
links
etc.

I don't know where it's come from, but it's putting search bars on my browser, changed my homepage and gives me pop-ups.

Any ideas?

Ah, so it's an Acrobat plugin? Can't be what I'm after then. Thanks.
