Darling, if you have a question, just ask it out-right. Stop all this, "what if", crap. We know it's you.

ok..so what if they was drunk and your best friend was trying to prove a point (that the person you like won't kiss anyone else because the person you like, likes you)

if she happened to be my ex, she is my ex for a good reason, and although it'd be highly uncomfortable to be around them, I wouldn't see anything wrong with it.

I'd probably avoid both of them like the plague.

tell them i wasn't best pleased with their insensitivity.

unless i happened to be clinging hopelessly to what was with an "i can't have/don't want them, but no-one else can play either", in which case i'd make a concerted effort to get over it.
