get a copy of Mailwasher to check any mail on the server before downloading it into your mail software, that way you can bounce or delete them before they do any harm.
hope this saves someone from getting problems....
Mozilla has probably got some massive flaws in it, just there's only a small percentage of people using it and a virus really wouldn't be very effective.
Saying that, most people who know about installing Mozilla as a secnd browser know about basic email protection anyway...

yeah, OE has about a billion holes.
i use either Mozilla Thunderbird or The Bat!, neither of which are prone to the weaknesses of OE.
