A beautiful (yet coarse) novel, courtesy of Thomas Colt. Plot is as follows: Nero did not kill himself, but someone like him did. Nero now goes on the run, living a theives trade with someone else, pursued by people who know who he is. The plot's a little more complicated than that, but suffice to say it is a very clever book, with droll humour, lively characters, a good style of writing and all set agaisnt the backdrop of the Roman Empire. Very good, you should give it a look.
