I wanted to know whether you think I have a shot at Oxford:

GCSEs

2 A*
7 A
2 B

A Levels:

Assuming I get say, ABB or better

In the general Economics, Business management, mathematical areas.

(Also, for this exercise, we can assume I pass the interview too.)
:)

Thanks.

If you're a stuck-up pretencious assjack then yeah, go for Oxford and join the rowing squad or some gay-ass thing.

If you want to have fun at uni, bang lots of chicks and also get a decent degree go somewhere else.

It was definately lower, but they still Rejected me, whereas Strathclyde and Glasgow both had higher requirements, but both offered unconditionals.

I didn't apply anywhere else.

Did they reject you after you got your unconditionals?

Apparently universities can see where you've had offers from, and don't like wasting their own offers if you've been accepted to a better uni.

Maybe that's why?

They used to be able to see where else you've applied, not anymore. Mainly because people who'd applied to Oxbridge weren't getting any offers from anywhere else, because they knew they'd be second best and would rather give the places to people who actually wanted to come.
