Looks like Rafa's made his mind up about Baros (and Dudek) so really seems to be a question only of who and when.

He's far too good for West Ham. Even if they can afford him, which they probably can't (I'm guessing £8-10mill) he'll never agree to ago.

Valencia won't be interested anymore, since they've signed Villa and Kluivert and still have Mista and Angulo.

Lyon is most probable, I'd guess. They've got John Carew, but Govou is leaving and Wiltord is old, so yeah - play the Houllier link.

Personally I'd like to see him go to Portsmouth, it was a possibility a few weeks back. Splash the Yak cash, keep Baros in the Prem, see him score a few goals and it'll be nice. I want to keep on watching Milan.

I'm personally wondering why Newcastle haven't bid for him yet. They've made all this noise about wanting strikers and Baros is surely the most high-profile striker available for transfer in the Premiership.

Of course Newcastle, he'd be ideal for that team.

He's availiable on a free next season so I doubt we will recieve more than £5m for him.

He's got more than a year left on his contract. Two years, I believe.

It was suggested he'd go for as little as three. Given that Rafa didn't play him against TNS, I'd say it would be unlikely that he go to a club that's not even in Europe, so that would rule the likes of West Ham and Portsmouth out, I would have thought.
