But in his mind he hadn't experienced the real world. He had experienced the nightmare scenario of dreamland.

I hadn't seen it and bought the R1 off eBay. From what I remember it wasn't that bad.

I'm a sucker for Jason Lee (hell, I even have 'A Guy Thing' sat on my shelf) which made me watch this film. I'm glad I did, because I enjoyed it. And the flashing images to white at the end is actually what I saw (differen't pictures, mind you) when I died in a dream before. Which made me think a bit. Then I went to sleep.

Ah yes, very original...for a remake.

The film was good up until the car crash then it started going 'Matrix on LSD'.

There was a load of twists, so many they weren't really twists, just different paths.

Original concept but I thought the ending was weak. Confusing but once it started to piece together it was interesting enough.

Good for 'red herrings'

"Oh, he killed her ... wait, she never died?! ... the psychiatrists a dream? ... Tech support"

'Twas original, I'll give it that. Reasonable but not exceptional. Notion better than the delivery though some good acting from Cruise.

Nah, not really.
Probably something a bit more depressing.

It's really just the whole "and then I woke up and it was all a dream" rubbishy kids-story ending with a bit more detail, and I never did like those.
