Why does it have to be a DVD, my bro still hasnt got a DVD player for his PC and mine isnt really up to scratch. Theres no chance I could use my network to drop the disk image onto his comp and run it from there?

Hey 'nova' finally tracked you down :P Personally I really hope my copy comes tomorrow, but alas I'll be in Manchester all day for a Uni interview :( Dammit...
got the morning off, till 11 am, but it better be here before then and before the severs in seattle crash due to half the world trying to validate an account, thats probably why they said at midnight in seattle, where the elctricity would be cheapest to run their server, i would be so annoyed if it said server busy try again later...
