Final Fantasy 11: The first 10 got a reputation for great plots and characters. if its online then will it suck all the fun out of the story?

Damn that means maximum profit for Square and the broadband provider coz FF takes hours to complete. By the way does that mean that there wont be a japanese and an english version, there will be only one version? Plus will there be talking like in FFX.
It is going to be FULLY online.So if you havent got internet by the time it comes out, no point in getting it..
Will it be like Phantasy Star Online or Shenmue or will it be fully online?

Good idea. Maybe some goon from Squaresoft will read this and take our ideas into plan...............
But then people who play it all the time will have an advantage. When you meet other players you should be able to see their stats so you dont accidently get in a fight with someone whos health is 9999.
maybe they could make it so different events happen all day at set times so if you want to attend/battle/etc someone you turn it on at the time the event happens, like TV.
But FFXI wont even make it over here till 2003 so theres still some time for Sony to experimnt with the Internet business
