I now know I am building this PC:
P4 2.4GHz (533 bus)
512MB DDR 333MHz Ram
SIS 315 64MB integarated graphics which shall quickly be upgraded to a ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB AGP Graphics Card

Based around the ASUS Terminator P4-533A barebones system, with a temporary 20gig hard-drive, whcih shall be changing to a 120gig HD soon.

Will this PC happily run all the above games at a decent speed with a resolution of 800x600 or 1024x768?

you'r pc will definately run Halo smoothly (well with the Radeon in) and i would KOTOR as well, not sure about Doom 3 though, judging from screens it's sure gonna need some power to put some life into those pics.
