I now know I am building this PC:
P4 2.4GHz (533 bus)
512MB DDR 333MHz Ram
SIS 315 64MB integarated graphics which shall quickly be upgraded to a ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB AGP Graphics Card
Based around the ASUS Terminator P4-533A barebones system, with a temporary 20gig hard-drive, whcih shall be changing to a 120gig HD soon.
Will this PC happily run all the above games at a decent speed with a resolution of 800x600 or 1024x768?

It should run those games perfectly once you've upgraded the graphics.
Really wouldn't throw the word "perfectly" around, Doom 3 is likely to tax even the highest of high end systems, which those specs are a damn site short of.
A decent Athlon XP would be nice, maybe a gig of DDR 400mhz and a Radeon 9800 pro.
A decent Athlon XP? There's very little wrong with the P4 2.4ghz...
Except the Athlon is cheaper, and technically faster at all applications bexcept 3D.
