Some translations from the above scans:

- Officially licensed Dutch, Italian and Spanish leagues in full, although only the Dutch teams are shown
- Ronaldinho's "Flip-Flap" move is included
- Player actions increased: many motions of dribbling, trapping, shooting etc
- Big changes in keepers AI and movement
- Direction of crosses can be controlled
- Direct pass using chest (like Jan Koller does)
- Improved turn motions in dribbling
- More international licenses
- Players wear gloves
- Many more stadiums, with official names

Updated:
- Different coloured goal nets
- More than one football available at the beginning of matches
- Many more Adidas boots (new Predators, old Predators in more colours, and F50s, old and new)

From a post on PESFan. Genuine.

NEW EDIT:

Actual PES4 shots... not WE8 - the English language version. Del Boy has the new F50s, Beckham the new Preds, and most players in the Denmark-Sweden game are wearing gloves.

YaY.

Thank God.

Oooh. thinking about that this morning.

The way I see it, the more realistic the game gets, the bigger the division (har har, pun-age) between fantabulous PES gamers and the frankly sh**e ones. Cos it just means that the advanced ones already have the basics down and can use the extra stuff to just make it even easier. It also makes it easier for better players to try and do the more intricut plays. That being a good thing for me :D

Fifa's 'brand new features' are basically things that's been in football games since they were ever made, SWOS had a good one touch passing control if you could control it. Hardly revolutionary EA. It's a shame they don't take as much care making FIFA games as they do with the Madden and MVP Baseball series otherwise then it would be the best football game out there, however they don't and therefore it's rubbish, happy enough to keep turning out the same tired rubbish because they stupid masses keep buying the game, which i really can't fault EA for. They still get their money why bother putting in the extra effort?

But Mister Wilko, answer me this, are you missing out if you have a Fifa game that is 2 Seasons behind the current instalment? No. All of the Fifa games are EXACTLY the same, bar one or two new extras that are included to seel extra copies of the game, hence why they are usually on the cover of the game...

Off the ball control... Pro Evo 1 anyone? This "feature" has always been in the PES series, so don't try and flash any of your "amazing new additions" at us and expect us to drool. We've just told you that the newest Pro Evo will have a few licensed leagues, but the leagues being the most important ones. I mean, who gives a tractor if EA have managed to get a full licensed league for Iran >.<

OK, Pro Evo games don't have any of the minor leagues, or any of the lower divisions, but answer me this question. On Fifa 04, how many times did you play as Preston NE? Unless you support them, i'd imagine you couldn't name one of their players, yet alone admit to playing as them and trying to gain promotion against teams who have no imagination and try to score from 2 yards out.

On Pro Evo, if a team you support isn't on the game, then you can simply make them, with many fan-bases containing stats for players who are not on the game. A few months back, a few of my friends and i rented Fifa 03, as we'd played Pro Evo to death and wanted to play a different football game. I have to admit, the game was very fun to play. But we played around 5 games, then got bored of the animated stadiums and poo little animations between arguing footballers.

Unless they've changed anything since i last played the Fifa series, you were able to sign anyone, and i mean anyone, even if you were playing as Spurs. They never said "no" to your offers, oh how the "League" modes on Fifa must be an immense challange.

I'm getting bored of people like you. Well done to EA for making someone like you fall for all of the little pieces of poop they add to their games, that's an extra 40 quid they can spend on the licensing for next season. But for all those who want to play a real football game, a game that is enjoyable when being played on your own and with your friends, a game that is enjoyable to play for hours on end, then the PES series is there to be enjoyed.

Wot r u gettin so excited about? FIFA is da best footie game ever. why does every1 like pro evo anyway. in fifa you get all the leagues, online play, more realism, scale models of the stadiums, the stadiums don't have thousands of konami banners hanging around, the gameplay is better, it has story mode, training mode, you can import matches from manager games, you can use your EA profiles, you have thousands of team's home away and third kits, you can have multiple profiles, u can control multiple players at once with "Off The Ball", better visuals, in players, menus and stadiums, all the tournaments including FA cup the champions league, the spanish FA cup, le cup d'france , the UEFA cup, euro 2004, the world cup, and you can do better skills... the list is endless, but after all that is finished, yeah Pro Evo is better, because pro evo has...erm...worse graphics...uh...worse gameplay...

I rest my case
