Personally my favourite search engine by far is Google.co.uk. I don't use Google.com because I normally want to be able to stipulate UK only.

I would like to know which search engines you use ofr searching in the UK. If you list more than one could you give some idea of the percentage of use, e.g.

Google.co.uk 80%
Excite.com 20%

This will be useful to me in the work I am doing at the moment.

Thanks.

I didn't think anyone else other than me used google...

The only reason I use it because 'google' is the only word I can type super fast!

Google
Google
Google
Google

(See?! - Superfast!)

Anyway, yeah... Google..

If not... MSN.

Google, I mean uhhh......

Well I kinda use google..

I use Sherlock 2 (on the Mac), which you would know about Tony, it searches all the search engines at once giving only the bets results...

...when on my PC I use different search engines depending on the search topic..

Entertainment and Music: Yahoo.com
Cars, Bikes and Travel and everything else: Altavista.com/uk

Altavista is probably the best as you can translate with babblefish and it is very easy to use with great results....

Yup, I'll be completely unhelpful and say google too, always. Well, unless I'm searching for media files (musicCity/Morpheus) or downloads (download.com).

I do usually use google.com though, I don't really make UK specific searches most of the time.
