It acts as a mouse, basically, now think how difficult it is to use a mouse as a control system for anything otehr than aiming in FPS's or moving around in strategy games.
They should stick to teh current design, but expand on pressure sensitivity, and make anologue even more analogue (currently it's something like 64 direction digital, but 256 would probably be better)
It'd be great for movement of a cursor perhaps, or for menu control ... or for typing. Etc...

Errr, I think you might be wrong.
Yes, you're wrong.
It's a terrible idea.
A horribly terrible idea, and a touchscreen (or pad) would be the most horrible thing ever.
Mario is all fluffy whilst BK is a bit rude. But only in the young kids sorta sense.
Sorry, bad phrasing.

Instead of the left control stick.

Yep, might as well create a more teen based version and call it Banjo Kazooie.

Good job really, there wouldn't have been much point in Nintendo and RARE releasing Super Mario 64, however good it may be.

Rare often showed no more than 2 games at a show. Nintendo have expanded their studios and built a new one plust bought Retro since then.
RARE games were different to Nintendo's though.
Nintendo should really expand Retro.
