Have managed to get time down to 142.012. Was on a really hot lap until I mess-up. That maje me 4th on the table.
Does the 4 top times from the PS and PS2 go to Silverstone? Does antone know what the comp will entail. Karts? What this practise day all about?
Any have to get back and post more times.

I have read three different figures for which is required for entry into the play-off's.
One also said that it was at the festible of speed. Which is not held at Silverstone but else where.
I guess we will have to go by what the official site says.

Not too sure why but sometimes when I play the game, I can really struggle to get within 2 seconds of my time. Then the next I will be consistantly on the pace.
Im sure its not me.

Part six if the PS2 UK Rules for F1 2001
6. The best 8 entries selected after the closing date will move forward to the UK final to be held on at Silverstone on a Formula One practice day. The 8 finalists will be notified by e-mail by Friday 3rd August 2001 and the finalists' names and town of residence will be posted on the site. Finalists will have to make and pay for their own transportation arrangements to Silverstone.

Is it , oh well i'll have to go faster then.
Thats good that the fake times have been removed. I will play on it again in a week or so as I would have finished my A-Level exams and will have alot more time to play on the PS2. I want to get into the top 16 to go to Silverstone so that will be my goal untill the closing date.

Well why aren't your times in the SR team on the F1 website?
I see that you are catching me G Nomad! But I won't try to improve my time unless you overtake me....or I drop out of the UK top eight.
Btw if you see this Tony, what about giving me an extra GAD for being the best SR F1 2001 driver eh? I dserve it - or anyone for that matter who is quickest in the SR challenge team!
