No, just having sex (penetrative, anal/oral) is illegal. And technically you can't be a peadophile until you're 18, the definition is of an adult looking at indecent pictures of a minor.
Here's a scenario: I'm seventeen, say my girlfriend is 17 and I took a picture of her naked. I put that on my computer (for my own personal use ^_^) but technically it counts as child porn. :S
I'm not legally aloud to look at a printed image of her nude but I am aloud to see her nude in the flesh :P

I`ve sen a few "sexy" teachers in my school/college years but I believe I was a bit young. Your body needs to grow and get ready for a special and fun night

I'm just thinking back to when i was 14, i had a very sexy drama teacher and although i certainly wouldn't have minded getting ilegal with her at the time, looking back it would have been something to regret as i wouldn't have been ready. I think thats the point of the law, i really don't think you can be ready at that age.
