I've had to have a million X-rays, and five casts. I've had to have a three-hour operation, a bone graft, and a screw put in my wrist. I've had to perform, write, live for three months (A QUARTER OF A YEAR!!!) with a cast of some sort holding my damaged hand together.
And now - finally - I'm castless. I got it removed today for the final time *touches wood* and now have a three-and-a-half inch purple scar going down my thumb and onto my arm.
It still feels very stiff, and I'm having trouble moving my thumb, but I'll be opening presents on Chrsitmas Day atleast with two good hands and a smile on my face (although I would've had the smile anyway).
Have a good wan- erm night, everybody!

I would've thought it was more of a brown-ish colour.
EDIT: Not aimed at poopots' last comment.
Perhaps, if we keep on going, we can get this thread deleted. Then it would make us in-the-know and everyone will be hanging from our every word as we recite the tail.

He said summat along the lines:
"Sometimes I think I don't need a crap but then I stick my finger up there and sure enough I feel a brownie."
It was gold.

Nah, I bet he struggled for half an hour and then got a drop the size of a pea.

Oh, you should - it brought us all together :' {
(I need a tissue for all the rewarding memories - or maybe some cake).
