"Condom Card"

I've heard of something called a "condom card" which you can show at a pharmacy/chemist/etc and get free condoms, however I haven't been able to find out (Internet wise or otherwise) how to get hold of one.

I tried my local clinic place, but they wouldn't give me any. The woman looked at me as if I'd just pushed her mother down the stairs and told me "We don't do that sort of thing here."

They really don't make it easy for teenagers to get free contraception, no wonder there's no many knocked up kids these days.

We've got something called a 'C Card'.

Free condoms and stuff from chemists etc.

The Condom Card sounds like a good idea, I wonder if they'll bring it in here, although you can get free condoms in Uni here and there are a few family planning clinics around too.

I've not seen any in Sussex. Back home in Kent i know where 2 are.
