"Cross country"

It's a git. Today I had cross country, 7 laps of the school field which is approx. 6000m in all. Not massive but still painful and there is no chance to walk because the teachers can always see you. It hurts and I was wearing two tops whilst running it. I came exactly midway which isn't too bad but I know I could have done better.

I'm not judging. Well, ok, I am. But as I said, each to their own. I used to be really quite fat and unfit. Now I'm not so I know it can be done.

I walk to school, I get my exercise through that and my extra-curriculars. I don't really see why you're judging me for not wanting to run through 2m deep
mud for 15 mins or something at 9am.

There are a lot of people out there that are much more unfit than I am.

And that's what I find so bad.

6km is approximately 3.72 miles
