At the age of 18. She has been a little off for a while. Kept whizzing on the carpet and such. She didn't stay inside last night, which I thought was bad seeing as how it was quite cold and I was right, she was found dead under one of our trees this morning.

It really caps off a great day after work.

I actually found this disturbingly humorous.

I've had my dog for a year and I couldn't imagine life without it, although 18 is very old and I wouldn't feel THAT sad about it, i'd feel more happy.

That must give you an odd feeling. Do they know who did it?

This sort of thing has happened far too many times to bother me now. Five years ago someone also got murdered down the road, virtually next door to this house. They were a Muslim family. Wife killed the husband with a butcher's knife, ITV made a documentary or some programme about it. Filmed it from the bridge. There was a loose gunman here once too, whole area was cordoned off, there was an international computer fraud team operating dead opposite the house, most houses have been burgled at some stage or other (ours had an attempted break in once too). Not to mention numerous other murderers, that didn't take place in this third of the road but in town.

Hey, I found an article on that murder a few years ago, that happened on the loop of my road.
