Nah i have a feeling reckon he'll score. then the man utd lovers, sorry i mean the press will rave for weeks. that shirt is rank.
And as for why we lost in the first half, one word. Warnock.
I wonder just how many people did just that, though - a record-breaking figure of people certainly wouldn't surprise me!
What was up with his shirt, anyway?
The first thing I noticed about him in the tunnel was that there was this great rip in his shirt (below the chin) no other player seemed to have.
Was it simply to get his great, fat, pulsating, over-inflated head through?
Or, did he try and put it on upside down or something...?
I don't think he's superstitious or anything - surely, if we've heard about EVERYTHING ELSE he's ever done, we'd have heard of anything like this, too.
Away? I'm not so sure.
I know he's trying to integrate it into the team and it'll take team, but this zonal marking has cost us valuable points against United and Olympiakos tonight...
I know Rafa is trying to build something good here, and I'm already more impressed than I expected to be at this time, so that's good enough for me.
Our passing, and general play has improved a helluva lot, and this is only at the start of what Rafa wants to achieve. Given that the team has the time together to learn each others movement, we'll be much more of a force for everyone.
And then there's Stevie's return...
> I'm going to curl up and cry. We lost to some dirty Greek team.
> That'll teach us for dropping Cisse. And selling Mikey. Oh, and
> letting Macca leave on a free to Real Madrid. And selling Robbie
> Fowler and Jamie Redknapp.
Don't forget Murphy and Heskey, (I don't care what you all say, he's not that bad).
