I'm just wondering what people's views are on God. Do you beleive there is one? Don't you? Personally, i beleive either:-

A.) There is no God.

B.) He's not a very nice God.

Views?

Well i'm glad i've made you look into it. I'm not like Forest Fan running his mouth trying to convert everything in sight to his crazy ideals. I respect everyones right to believe in something different, just for me i think Buddhism is the best way to go.

I'm going to look into it.

I've always had a bit of interest in it, as when I used to study Kung Fu, we studied a lot about the origin of the art back to the early days, when the monk Bodhidharma meditated in a cave for 9 years (I think it was 9 years anyway), and devised the animalistic forms that make up Kung Fu.

It's an intriguing philosophy.

maybe I was wrong when I said 'All religion is a crock of sh**'.

although is Buddhism a religion, or simply a way of life?

Quite simply, it is. That's why i converted to it. It makes far more sense and actually stays true to it's teachings unlike the other religions.

Yes, it's theory on how the universe came to be and other such things relate very closely to the scientific view.

Plus there's nowhere near the amount of violence in Buddhism as there is in Christianity.
