I am offering a 10% royalty fee to the webmaster, or payment up-front if that is what is wanted.
I also need an album cover designing, which must be professional.

Drop me an email at [email protected]. Professional Website/Print/Graphic Designer. Rates can be negotiated, full portfolio on request if your interested.

I specialise with outstarts and have stupidly low rates, especially for print. First rule of business Rob... Only charge what the client can afford (within reason).
I'm also look to expand my portfolio a little with something other than sh*tty Corporate/Publishing work!

Well, become a better web designer then and perhaps the sites won't be so sh*tty.
Paradox - there are many more web designers on the ADSL forums ( http://tinyurl.com/2gtwt ) than here. I suggest shopping around a bit first before deciding on a designer.

Royalties are cool. Like I said, just looking to expand my portfolio

FWIW I refer to "sh*tty Corporate/Publishing work!" as Ive spent the last 5 years working in this sector as a Senior Web Designer. I have no need to become better as I already surpass most people in the field especially in standard compliancy, accessibility, usability, GUI Design and CSS. I won't bore you with my client list, but I've worked for frms you will only dream of!

ADSL are useless. All the cuurent "mainstream" designers in the UK hang round in http://www.designateonline.com/forum/ . Try there if you want professional advice from any of them. I recomend Bill Posters, Shunk and Kstanl.
FWIW "Borg". IIRC, I am one of 2 or 3 poeple on here who do this as a profession/living and am paid quite handsomly for doing so. I only freelance as a side line and am currenlty branching out in affordable solutions for start-up's which is what this would be classed as.
