I'm releasing an album on the unsigned section of CDWOW.com and I need a website making pronto.

I am offering a 10% royalty fee to the webmaster, or payment up-front if that is what is wanted.

I also need an album cover designing, which must be professional.

Very little, part from my abrupt manner (which you've already noticed) and the fact Im to vocal somtimes for my own good. Luckily for me the department manager is a really good friend so I get to hear everything said...:)

Indeed my comunication skills are a little to be desired, always had an issue with that, but then it's never affected my ability to deliver and to a point has gained me respect in the work place for my "no bu11sh*t" manner.

As for getting out more, don't get much chance with my life split between work and my family;)

Yeap, no problem with CD label creation either though getting them printed is a different matter. I normally deal with Sony DADC for CD work but know a few local suppliers too for disc printing unless you want to go down the sticky cd label route?.

Have full access to printing facilities from CMYK to Process and 6 colour though special jobs like laminate and gloss effects are costly.

Drop me an email with some more info and i'll get back to you with some ideas, costs etc.
