So quite simply, if I were to copy something, and wanted to modify on it/delete stuff from it/add more stuff to it at a later date, this'd be possible?

Or I could format the disc at a later date so it'd be as good as new?

With a program like Nero INCD (comes with burning ROM) yes. This will alow you to use t like a floppy disc. I think Windows XP lets you do this too, but don't hold me to that.

Yeah, you can do this to a CD-RW with any CD writing program.

Yeah, thought so, just wanted to confirm this before I dished out 500 odd quid for 5 of the things.

And I use Alcohol 120% - it's darned good.

T'is possible Azul.

CD-RW's do excatly what they say on the tin, i've used, formatted and re-used one about 50 times now and it still works.

Only because you can't buy them on spindles (to the best of my knowledge). They only work out a few times the price of a blank CD otherwise.

My cd-rw cost £1.70 each, which to be honest i think was a bit dear.
