I need to write a Sociology essay for Wednesday but I have no idea about the question I've to answer.

I took out books which I now have a £15 fine for, this sucks.

i had 6000 words of essay in last week! i spent more time researching and writing them than all last years essays, most of which i did the day before. This year started working on them a fair bit before, cos they actually count.

40% is so easy to acheive it takes the pisss, really they should raise it to 50% just to encourage us to work more in the first year and set us up for later, but hey, i'm not complaining, good old first year, second year isn't to bad either. 3rd year is is blatently going to be trez-a-gay on the work front.

I done two essays in the first year and didnt spend more than a day on either.

Although i got one to do over christmas that is worth 25% of a module which goes through semester A+B. Only 1500 words though, which would have scared me a few years ago but laughable considering i done a 4000 word report a few weeks back.

so 65% must be great then? Woohoo!!!

er sheepy, you are in the first year of uni. Whats the pass mark 40%? just throw together some lame attempt at an essay and youll still get enough marks.

Seems at uni a crap essay gets 52% a good one gets 59%. You have to be pretty crap to fail the first year, especially in an essay based subject (with the obvious exceptions medcine and law)

Wow... sheppy and stryke.... those are blasts from the past. Well I say to pay off the fine.... become a rent boy...... to do the essay..... think really hard about it. The master has spoken, heed his advice. Lol.

I have |--------------this--| many homeworks (all essays, one of them in french). And I have |-this-| time to do them all in. This is not enough time. Plus I have a film to film to film. to film. It's about a hitman. Anyone want to be in it?

Sheept - my advice is that you should buy a ruler, wrap it up in christmas paper, and leave it on your teacher's desk. Put a note on it that says it's from you. It will make your teacher sexually attracted to you and willing to give you any grade that you want.

This makes me glad I've finished uni for the term. But I have exams to revise for. No-one needs Genetics in real life.
