Definitely. Maxed out, it looks nothing like the PS2 version. You can have custom music and loading times are slashed.

So is the PC version worth buying over the Xbox one? My PC is top end so it's not a problem running it. Can you put yer own music into the PC version?
Well it came with the computer what are you gonna do? It is a good 5 years old, but it just annoys me that the computer can handle the game but the OS is holding me back.
You can't blame Rockstar because you're using possibly the worst Windows ever created.

I have E as lock on. From what I've gathered you just hold it and it shows everyone's health (green arrow) Doesn't really lock on at all, you still have to manually aim but I can't see any other way of doing it.
I'm loving sneaking up on people and executing them with my knife, though
I'd like to know the same thing.
