To be honest, I think that stadium is pretty crap.
A 25,000 seater for a team like Leverkusen isn't very good at all. Although, at their rate, they'll be in the 2nd Division next year, so it'll suit them perfectly.

Twickers and the Millenium Stadium are the two that stand out most for me.
And the Madjeski stadium is also quite impressive considering that Reading were in the second division when they built that.
