Ok, right

I'm a maddy as you all should probably know by now. This means I:

- Need time off when in episodes which occur monthly or more
- Need a relatively stress free job to prevent myself from getting worse
- Cannot be in healthcare or any job where I am required 24/7

However I also want to:

- Have a job where I use my mind instead of my body
- Avoid jobs where I have to sell things or talk to customers (talking to people about themselves is fine, just not to sell things)
- Avoid office work, burger flipping, and toilet cleaning.

I'm quite creative at times, I have little motivation and I want my job to be interesting.

Basically I want a high paid respectable job where being a mental won't prevent me from keeping it. I'll have to take time off quite a bit but I need a career to work towards.

Any ideas?

How about freelance web-designer and web-site maintenance working from home at your own pace and visited by clients or contacted via email, telephone etc - worked for me when I had 5 years of 'madness'.

If you got paid for being on Freeola or PM as often as you are, you'd be a rich man. You're like the furniture around here.. you just haven't really depreciated in value any. Now, that's got to be worth something?

Tough list. Theres very few options that you offer. You could try making websites for friends and family, a teachers assistant, artist, author, photographer, food critic, food taster, game show contestant, film critic, journalist, blogger.

But tbh, theres very few jobs that match your criteria.

Perhaps you should consider freelance writing for a publication. I know of some stay-at-home moms with degrees in journalism making bank doing that.

Management? All managers I've worked for have been like that.

But the self-employed photographer sounds good. May have to look into that one myself...

What about being a self employed photographer? Pick your own hours, you can be creative too.

There must be some great scenery down by you - set up a web-site to sell pictures through. You could even go so far as take pictures of family / friends / kids / parties / weddings etc.

Ok, medium paid then! Even low paid! Who cares!

The fact is I'm unable to work that well and I want a job that won't be dangerous to my health. Sorry if that seems so unrealistic

Basically, you want a high paid stress free job where motivation isnt required and you can take a week off every month. I think we'd all like that job (whatever it is). Maybe you need to be a little more realistic.
