I'm going to say both and I dare anyone to challenge me on that.

Look, they may be physically green but they're white grapes! Have you ever drunk green wine? No

I agree, but the grapes are green in colour, not white at all.

What colour is the sea?
What colour is the fur on a polar bear?

Green in colour, but their juices are white.

So my conclusion - green-white grapes.

(actually, are the juices of red grapes red? Never tried sqeezing one)

Ah but hippy, is the juice really white like milk or transparent? :D They should be called transparent grapes then.

I guess transparent. (I meant white as in white wine).

So shouldn't it mean greeney-transaprent wine then? It does have a greeney-yellowy tinge

The juices of the white grape are almost clear but slightly yellow, so White wine is actually yellow wine. But white grapes are the official name for both the greeny and yellowy grapes in the shops.

Red grapes are obviously red and make red wine, which is far more straight forward.

Then you have black grapes...

That obviously make black wine....wait. I'm confused!

Green makes white, black makes red.

Next you will be saying Guiness is actually ruby red...(before you point out, I do know it is! :P)
