Pancake day is here again, sales of plain flour and lemons are up.

I'll be doing the honours this year, trying to make as many pancakes as I can so I can try different fillings. Apple and cinamon sounds quite nice...

So, what are your plans for tomorrow?

If you're having pancakes, what will you put in them?

I'll be having pancakes tonight and hopefully tomorrow as well. I try to get my mum to cook pancakes more often throughout the year, but typically we only get then for a few days either side of Shrove Tuesday.

Last year I tried golden syrup on them, which was quite nice. I'm not all that fussed really though. I like golden syrup or honey or the classic lemonand sugar on pancakes. I'm perfectly happy to have them all the time. I wonder what baked beans in a pancake is like...?

i'm a terrible cook. Wish i could make pancakes. I believe the recipe ingridnets are:

flour
egg
milk

potatoes?

turn into batter and cook in a pan.


I would make pancakes, but its just no fun making and eating them on your own.
