This'll make you laugh - some people are so used to winning Gameaday prizes that they've actually set up a winning claim e-mail template, which they change every time they win. I won't tell you who, but it made me laugh.

it varies a little as I retype it, but essentially its the same every time...

My emails are also the same or nearly the same each time. It's not me though, in fact, I don't even now how to make a template. :D
