Strafex, I'm afraid you're wrong on that. The Triforce arcade board was 100% made by Sega. It used GC technology, but Ninty had nothing to do with the creation of the board- they were just involved in giving Sega the GC technolgy.

Just like the Sega Naomi board uses a Hitachi chip, hitachi had nothing to do with the board- it was 100% made and designed bey Sega.

As for Namco, Sega and Namco own abpout 90% of the world's aracde scene (Sega own the majority btw), so they have invested in it.

Nintendo needed an arcade board.
Sega made it.
Namco are supporting it.

And if it's Nintendo parts that Sega put together, where does Namco come in (it was a three way effort...).

Sega a JOINT devellopers of the TRIFORCE board so it still makes them 1st party but I wouldn't say they made it ALL...
