4 HOURS it took to complete!! Everyone was talk about Devil May Cry last year, we all now that it plays fantastic and looks fantastic, it only problem.... too short about 15 hours (sure u could complete it again on another level), Lord of the Rings has a similiar problem , looks fantstic plays okish and last 4 hours... Everyone said that devil may cry was a ripp of because it was so short.... whats about this... spent £40 on it and I got 10 hours out of it thats £10 an hour!!! Devil may cry spent £40 got 15 hours out of it thats £3.50ish an hour. GTA3 Took me about 35 hours thats better bout 1.25 an hour!

RANCHET AND CLANK - It takes bout 20-30 hours and is ace
GTA VICE CITY - no need to say anything

LOTR 2 TOWERS - shorter than a baby elf (take that Lagolas!!!!)

DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!! TRUST ME IT MAY LOOK GOOD BUT ITS SO SHORT

Hey IB, if you really want an online ruck, can I suggest you go to this link:

And tell them what you just said about capcom fighters? Should be interesting... :-)

(I'm kidding of course)

Yep.
Except with Lylat Wars.
You could mash the pad with a bulging, straining rod and you'd still win.

Yeah, but people should know that finishing a game once doesn't mean it's time to trade in or let it gather dust.

The average game on tetris lasts less than ten minutes.

A minute to learn, a lifetime to master. That's what games should be about.

Lylat Wars: 43 mins to complete with zero retries.
Disgraceful
"Ah but there's another couple of routes and did you get gold?"
"No, what do I get for gold then?"
"...well...satisfaction"

Rubbish game.

Hmmm, it should be noted that completion time isn't the only factor as to whether a game is shortlived.

What is the replay value? Will you go back to it, wanting to complete it again?

Super Mario Bros., one of the best games of its era, took less than 4 hours to complete. Much less. Didn't stop it being a magnificent game though.

Are both the LOTR games in the shops now? Has anyone compared the two?
