ok i know this is probably bad news for speial reserve and probably won't get ma GAD but....

...basically i just want to know where u got your PS2 from, what you got with it and how much it cost.

Also if possible, does the deal still exist or is a "special Christmas Deal," for example.

i got my ps2 around november last year with a copy of this is football 2002 and a couple of controllers, from currys.

I got my PS 2 on 24/02/02 from Curreys and it came with 5 games - State of Emergency, Smackdown 3: Know your Role, Time Splitters, Cricket 2002 and Max Payne

its was a buy 5 games (from a choice of about 12) and get the machine for £98

Total cost: £298

Great Deal.

Got mine at launch for £300 from comet (the only place with any left the day after the preorders went out, couldnt get the thurs off work) with SSX

Got a mem card a week later.

Got mine on launch day from Game at £299 - plus memory card, extra controller and 4 games (Tekken Tag, NHL 2001, Ridge Racer V and TimeSplitters).

Just over £500 in total - best half a grand I ever spent! :-)

I got mine at the beginning of October 2001, from Special Reserve.

The GT3 Firepack Deal.

PS2 + GT3 + Extra official controller + DVD Remote + Official 8MB Memory thingy = £269.99.

Nice.
