Didn't mind the first 2 Daniel Craig Bond movies, Casino Royale was the better of the them IMO. I do intend to catch Skyfall even though Sam Mendes is not one of my favourite directors TBH.

Not sure about the 'new' Q as for me as a long standing Bond fan, Desmond Llewellyn WAS Q

I'm looking forward to this one. Casino Royale was great, Quantum of Solace was an abomination but I'm a big fan of Sam Mendes. I'm intrigued by Thomas Newman doing the soundtrack though, can't see how that will work.

I do like the new Adele theme tune. She seems to fit the Bond theme style well.

Regarding Sam Mendes, he always seemed a bit of a strange choice to direct a Bond movie to me. Hopefully he has done a good job on Skyfall, MGM will surely be banking on this being a success (given their financial troubles of the past few years).

Just listened to the Skyfall theme.

It's not bad at all.

I'll def go and see it on opening week after work.

With the exception of Die Another Day which I missed as I was getting to grips with my current job and was knackered I've not missed seeing one at the cinema since Goldeneye.

I can't be the only one who thinks the song is absolutely terrible

Can't fault Adele's singing but the lyrics are absolutely juvenile. Compare this to "You know my name" or whatever and cringe on her behalf
