It is.
It's Stunning. It's quite deep for a shooter too. I've been trying to obtain "S" rankings on the stages I've beaten so far, but I'm not quite there yet.
Aside from Halo, Panzer Dragoon Orta is the next best reason to own an XBox *if* you like your schmups. ^_^

It is.
