Heh. Kinda true, kinda wrong. Don't just get to know her, become her friend. Don't suck up to her, that kills anything IMMEDIATLY. Play hard to get, don't respond to all her of her little "things", but play it so that she knows she needs to do more. Then when you get her asking her friends to take to you/starts talking to your friends, then advance. After that, your all alone, so er... Good luck.

For girls, just give the right signals, and don't play easy to get either. I'm not a girl, so this is just a kinda base I found works.

Oh and by the way, it's got a good working rate... It worked for me...
