But the ultimate question, which game do I choose?
Yes, I own an Xbox and Gamecube, I also have a PC (well duh) but don't really play games on it despite being capable.
I was thinking about Shenmue 2, Unreal Championship, Serious Sam, Mordal Kombad DA for the xbox
Or Zelda, Metroid Prime for Gamecube

Tony Hawk's 4 - Amazing game you MUST own. Get on X-Box.
Timesplitters 2 - Brilliant FPS, with great single and multiplayer. Get the GameCube version.

And then there's...

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem - GCN.
Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader - GCN.
Mario Party 4 - GCN.
Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast - GCN, X-BOX.
Morrowind - X-BOX.

On top of many, many pre-orders. But those games I've mentioned are must haves, and you should get them first.

Well as far X-Box games go that are on the way soon, I'd look into the likes of...
Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (plenty to unlock in krypt area)
Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

I'm not sure when Panzer Dragoon is due but that is certainly a title worth looking into as well. :-)
