I won GAD prize one, for one of the posts i posted on postday err, i mean tuesday :-) (god bless SR)
But the ultimate question, which game do I choose?
Yes, I own an Xbox and Gamecube, I also have a PC (well duh) but don't really play games on it despite being capable.
I was thinking about Shenmue 2, Unreal Championship, Serious Sam, Mordal Kombad DA for the xbox
Or Zelda, Metroid Prime for Gamecube
I have
DOA3
Halo
Splinter Cell
PGR
Amped
Transworld Surf
Mad dash racing
WWE Raw
Rallisport Challenge
Fuzion Frenzy
FIFA 2003
FIFA world cup
David Beckham Soccer (don't laugh, it came with a free DVD, for 11 pounds)
NBA Inside Drive 2002
probably more, i dunno :-)

for gamecube i have

Mario Sunshine
Super Smash bros
Starfox
WWE Wrestlemania X8
Virtua Striker
Die hard vendetta
SSX tricky
Resident Evil
Crash Bandicoot: wrath of cortex
Sonic Adventure 2: Battles

i think...

So, any suggestions?

You could always claim Halo 2 in advance and then when you've forgotten all about it and it pops through your letter box in November when you're struggling to raise cash for Christmas, it would be a nice surprise!

Other than that, MK:DA rocks, I played a PS2 demo version a few weeks back, so XBox version won't be a lot different (just maybe a little faster). (and better looking).

Metroid Prime is miles better than "Shenmue 2, Unreal Championship, Serious Sam, Mordal Kombad DA".

I would say Zelda but it's 3 months away, MP is only 1 month away.

Well, i have a birthday in march so... I just about have that sorted.
FantasyMeister, i will never EVER forget about halo 2, i count down day by day (thats normal right) and even if i go bankrupt i will still get halo 2, somehow :-)

I would like a game which is available now or in the next few weeks, any other suggestions?

Personally, i'd pick Mortal Kombat DA. It looks like a really good game from what ive seen in magazines. Otherwise, Unreal Championship looks like a top game as well.

Yeah, both look excellent. But Unreal seems like it would last longer, as beat 'em ups tend to have very little replayability. any other ideas?

I would recommend Timesplitters 2. Although many might disagree with me, I think that it's a great game fo gameplay. It probably has the best deathmatch ive seen on any X-Box shooter as of yet. Also, the mapmaker option is quite impressive.

Yeh TS2 looks impressive, is it better for multiplayer than Halo?
I was thinking of unreal because if anyone has the lates OXM they will know about the competition right? with the 42" plasma widescreen etc. But i have Unreal Tournament 2003, so i guess i will choose something different. How does Mario Party 4 play? or what about Ghost Recon? god, this really is hard work :)

Halo is better for 2 player games with the co-operative mode (although TS2 does have a co-operative mode) but personally, I think TS2 has a better deathmatch mode, whether you have 1-4 players! It's advantage in that area over Halo is that you have the option of placing computer Bots in the deathmatch.
