This game is sooo good. Nothing ground-breaking, but a great Ape Escape fix. Beautiful graphics, fun action, a monkey on a unicycle who says 'Dammit' when you hit him. So far, this game is a wondeful experience.

This is an Ape Escape 2 thread fools.

Spyro has had his day.
As has Crash.
Ratchet & Clank was average, Jak & Daxter was average.

Klonoa 2 and Ico were beautiful. The former was the most attractive game I've ever played, the latter the most soul-touching thing 've ever seen on a screen.

Ape Escape 2 is great.

I'll just shut up with my comments : )

Anywho, Ratchet and Clank rules.
All the weapons mean that you're not restricted by just the standard moves of the character, but can do things how yo want.
It's just more fun and nice to play.

As for Spyro, I gave up on that when I had it way back when for some reason. Then I came back to it about a year ago, and completed it in about 2 hours.
It's quite fun when you get near the end - although the enemies only require flaming or charging - that's it. *Yawn*

I'd put J&D behind R&C but infront of Spyro.
R&C just really got me, I loved it.

Crash 2 was good ....

I loved the first Spyro, problem was I couldn't play it very much because the colours on the screen made me feel ill when playing! I never got to finish the game because of this. I remember having a similar problem years ago with California Games on the MegaDrive, playing it often resulted in me throwing up.

FFF, I agree that Ape Escape is the best of all time, but Ratchet and Clank? Come on, that was a piece of crap!

For me, the first Spyro the Dragon :-D.
