ok, I bought a pci gfx card, but was horrified to discover that i had no pci slots, only agp.

obviously it wouldn't fit, but i heard i could make it work.
i got my dads tin snips and trimmed the excess bits off, equally from both sides. I ground the rough edges off with glass paper. And now it fits !

but when i switch on my pc i get no video.

PLEASE HELP ! its doing my head in !!!

Although possibly a once in a lifetime experience.

I think it was The Darwin Awards where I read a similar thing - a guy was taking a leak on a metal fence during a thunderstorm. The inevitable happened, and caused his little soldier to explode.

I won't even get started on what happened to the couple making love on the highest point for miles around during a similarly tragic thunderstorm...

Dont be daft, that might be dangerous.

Drop your trousers and wee into it, its well known that the acidic nature of the wee will act as a super coolant, and your PC will run up to 10 times quicker.
