Don't even bother saying what? If you don't say what it is that you can't be bothered to say, then how can we not listen to it in the first place?
Back to topic:
Hardcore gamer: Plays games, eats Pringles, breathes.
Casual gamer: as above, but not all the time.
slik ~_~
Whereas a Causal gamer sees gameing as a pastime.
"There's no such thing as a hardcore gamer. It's a vision of something that can't exist."
Yup.
But there's something else I've learnt too.
Don't even bother saying it, because they won't listen. :0)
>To truely be a hardcore gamer you would have to own every console.
Not true, some consoles are not worth owning, and add little to the gaming industry. And instead of owning the console, you could just play it at a mates.
It's very hard to explain what a Hardcore is (as you've probably guessed).
I really don't mind if you wish to try to define a 'hardcore gamer' but I don't think they exist.
To truely be a hardcore gamer you would have to own every console, as you wouldn't be able to bare missing any game, you'd play every game so as to not miss out on the experience, you'd buy all the magazinesyou could....
It just doesn't exist.
Sometimes I'll go a week without playing a game, sometimes I 'll play for a couple of hours each day.
I'm flexible.
