Won't it be a tunnelling-like piece of software, similar to XBConnect? In which case you'd play on your TV, but tunnel through your PC's net connection.

how much do you think it will cost, and how can you connect it? do you need a certain port to plug it into?
I'd presume you'd need a broadband adapter.
