The original Rainbow Six is so bad it isn't funny. Oh I know I can plot way points for sections of the game where I don't know where the enemies will appear! I will also have some sh*t a*s cross hair in the middle of the screen to add to the already boring gameplay.

Quit talking pure anal, this is the besr R6 game yet and you know why? Its actually fun to play. Ghos**t Recin compare to this is hilariously bad.

Think what you want Tiltawhirl, but I rate this the worst of the Rainbow Six games. The original had more fun in it - especailly the first embassy level.

Nope, the special ops team that you control in the game are called Rainbow Six.

Shouldn't it be Rainbow 9?, the developers confuse me.

It's like with Final Fantasy, if the first was the "Final" one then why is there ten of them?

Ghost Recon single player is about as entertaining as a dose of herpees from a mongolian fish trader. Online it's okayish, but to be honest it isn't a patch on Rainbow Six 3.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is either smoking something very strong, or just completly insane and likes stupidly dull games.

"OOooh let's set way points and be overly realistic and doing so be stupidly boring....no I'd rather blow sh-t up with sweet looking guns and have FUN"

So far I wouldn't rate this on par with Ghost Recon.

It's really limited, essentially an FPS where you send the AI members of the team to do the dirty work and mop up after them, plus the level design is basic and seems done with numerous set pieces to allow the use of the Zulu code.

Any sniper tactics are limited in single player to you choosing a sniper rifle and moving forward alone.

I'm sorry, but to me this is another example of OXM becoming rather overenthusiastic with their reviewing, I've played Wallace and Gromit more than I have this.
