I think you'll all agree that sonic heroes weren’t that good. Nor are any 3d sonic games these days.

I remember those days on the mega drive. The sonic games for that were fantastic.

So sonic team, intead of making crappy 3D Sonics, make a Viewtiful Joe type sonic, a 2D eye candy master piece with plenty of platforming fun.

I don't know. I can see where you are coming from though. Sure, we all remember the 2D ones as being outstanding but if you think about it, we haven't seen a new Sonic game, outside of the Dreamcast Sonic Adventure games, appear with you only controlling the one character on the latest consoles.

I think there is life in the 3D style yet. A really huge 2D one would be great too.

I thought Sonic Heroes was good fun to play. I don't understand the critisism.
