What would I give Manhunt out of ten?

Why?
It's very dull, repetitive and the save system is crap, it also relies too heavily on violence. I also hate games with a slow pace.
Should it be banned?
No, unless you live in New Zealand.
Out of the three games you mentioned, I would rate them as follows:
Vice City - 9/10
The Getaway - 7/10
Manhunt - 4/10
