I don't really know how much they are now, but they would have been at east £20 when they were released over a year or 2 ago, so about £10 perhaps.

Yes you can name your person.
The main adtantage of having the expansions is that you can use far more of the player-made mods for the game. I use about 70 of them :)

If youcan buy them off amazon.co.uk, that'd be the easiest way to find them.
